Kool2U brings professional automotive diagnostics and repair directly to your driveway when the vehicle and repair are appropriate for mobile service.

Our technicians arrive with professional diagnostic equipment and automotive tools capable of evaluating many modern mechanical, electrical and computer controlled vehicle problems.

Kool2U is led by an ASE Master Technician with more than 30 years of professional automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
When a repair requires a vehicle lift, extensive disassembly or equipment better suited to a shop, Kool2U also operates a full service automotive repair facility in San Antonio. Professional diagnostics. Mobile convenience. Full shop support when needed.

Mobile service may be appropriate for:
-
Check Engine lights
-
No start problems
-
Battery problems
-
Alternator problems
-

-
Automotive AC problems
-
Electrical faults
-
Misfires
-

-
Selected brake repairs
-
Selected mechanical repairs
The vehicle, repair and working conditions determine what can reasonably be completed at your property.

Mobile Mechanic Service in Veramendi
When a vehicle develops a problem, getting it to a traditional repair shop can create additional inconvenience.
A vehicle that will not start may require a tow.
An electrical problem may make the vehicle unreliable to drive.
Even routine maintenance can require rearranging work, family schedules and transportation.
Kool2U provides professional mobile mechanic service throughout Veramendi.
For many automotive problems, our technicians can come directly to your home, diagnose the vehicle and complete the repair there when conditions allow.
Mobile service is supported by the resources of a full service automotive repair company, giving Veramendi residents access to both on site service and shop capability when needed.

Advanced Automotive Diagnostics at Your Home
Modern vehicles contain computers, sensors, electronic modules and communication networks working alongside traditional mechanical systems. A warning light or diagnostic trouble code does not automatically identify which component needs replacement.
Kool2U provides advanced diagnostics for problems involving:
-
Check Engine lights
-
No start conditions
-
Misfires
-
Rough idle
-
Hard starting
-
Stalling
-
Hesitation
-
Loss of power
-
Sensor problems
-
Electrical faults
-
Intermittent problems
-
Computer communication problems
Depending on the problem, our technicians may use professional scan equipment, live vehicle data, bidirectional testing, oscilloscope testing, current ramp testing, electrical circuit testing, manufacturer wiring diagrams and vehicle specific technical information.
Reading a trouble code gives us information.
Testing determines what actually failed.

Auto AC Repair in Veramendi
Automotive air conditioning is one of Kool2U's core specialties.
New Braunfels summers make a properly operating AC system important, and many automotive AC problems can be diagnosed and repaired directly at your Veramendi home.
Kool2U provides service for supported AC problems involving:
-
Refrigerant leaks
-
Low refrigerant
-
AC compressors
-
Condensers
-
Evaporators
-
Expansion valves
-
Refrigerant hoses
-
Refrigerant fittings
-
Pressure sensors
-
Blower motors
-
Cooling fans
-
Electrical circuits
-
Climate control systems
Kool2U services supported R-12, R-134a and R-1234yf systems.
Our proprietary Max Kool AC diagnostic process gives our technicians a systematic method for evaluating refrigerant leaks and other AC system problems before repairs are recommended.
If your AC is blowing warm, adding refrigerant may not address the reason the system stopped cooling.
We want to determine what actually caused the problem.

Automotive Electrical Diagnostics
Electrical problems can create some of the most difficult symptoms to diagnose on a modern vehicle.
A weak battery, damaged wire, poor connection, failed sensor or module communication problem can create symptoms that appear unrelated to the actual fault.
Kool2U provides mobile electrical diagnostics for problems involving:
-
Battery drains
-
Starting systems
-
Charging systems
-
Wiring
-
Connectors
-
Sensors
-
Relays
-
Power circuits
-
Ground circuits
-
Electronic modules
-
Vehicle communication networks
-
Intermittent electrical problems
Modern electrical diagnosis requires testing.
Replacing parts until the problem disappears is not our approach.

Battery, Alternator & Starter Problems
A vehicle that will not start is one of the best situations for mobile auto repair.
Instead of immediately arranging a tow, Kool2U may be able to diagnose the problem in your Veramendi driveway.
Our technicians can evaluate:
-
Battery condition
-
Battery voltage
-
Alternator performance
-
Charging system output
-
Starter operation
-
Battery cables
-
Electrical connections
-
Starting circuits
-
Parasitic battery drain
A vehicle that will not start does not automatically need a new battery.
We diagnose the starting and charging system before recommending replacement parts.

Check Engine Light Diagnostics
A Check Engine light means the vehicle computer detected a problem.
It does not necessarily mean the component mentioned in the trouble code needs replacement.
Kool2U can evaluate diagnostic trouble codes together with live vehicle data, fuel trim, misfire information, sensor operation, ignition performance, fuel system operation and related electrical circuits.
Many Check Engine light concerns can be diagnosed directly at your Veramendi home.

Factory Scheduled Maintenance at Your Home
Routine automotive maintenance does not always require a trip to a repair shop.
Depending on the vehicle and service, Kool2U may be able to perform scheduled maintenance directly at your property.
Maintenance may include:
-
Engine air filters
-
Cabin air filters
-
Spark plugs
-
Battery testing
-
Belt inspection
-
Fluid inspection
-
Brake inspection
-
Digital vehicle inspection
-
Other manufacturer recommended services
Maintenance recommendations should be based on the requirements of your specific vehicle rather than a generic service package.

Brake & Mechanical Repair
Kool2U can perform selected brake and mechanical repairs through mobile service when the work can be completed safely at the vehicle location.
Supported repairs may involve:
-
Brake pads
-
Brake rotors
-
Brake calipers
-
Belts
-
Hoses
-
Cooling system components
-
Batteries
-
Starters
-
Alternators
-
Selected engine components
-
Other supported mechanical repairs
Some repairs require equipment or working conditions better suited to a shop.
When that happens, Kool2U can help determine the appropriate next step.

Domestic, Asian & European Vehicles
Kool2U provides diagnostics, maintenance and repair for many domestic, Asian and European cars, trucks and SUVs.
Domestic Vehicles

Why Mobile Auto Repair Makes Sense in Veramendi
Veramendi is already a large community and continues to grow. Its official development information reports more than 1,000 homeowners today, while a newer expansion is planned to add more than 500 single family homesites.
That creates a large residential area where mobile automotive service can provide significant convenience.
Mobile service can be especially useful when:
-
Your vehicle will not start
-
You work from home
-
You have several household vehicles
-
You have a busy family schedule
-
You want to avoid an unnecessary tow
-
The vehicle needs diagnosis before repair
-
You do not want to arrange transportation
-
You prefer having appropriate repairs completed at home
Many repairs can take place while you continue with the rest of your day.

Auto Repair for a Growing New Braunfels Community
Veramendi continues to add homes, parks, schools, trails and commercial development as the community grows.
That growth means more families, more vehicles and a greater need for convenient automotive service close to home.
Kool2U's mobile model is designed to bring professional automotive diagnostics and repair into communities like Veramendi rather than requiring every customer to travel to a traditional shop.
Whether your household has one vehicle or several, mobile repair can make maintaining those vehicles more convenient.

Service Throughout Veramendi
Kool2U provides mobile automotive service throughout supported residential areas of Veramendi when technician access and safe working conditions are available.
The vehicle should be located in an area with sufficient working space for the service being performed.
A level driveway or other suitable paved surface is preferred for many repairs.
If access instructions are required for your neighborhood or property, provide them when scheduling service.

When the Vehicle Should Go to the Shop
Mobile service is convenient, but some automotive repairs belong in a properly equipped repair facility.
A shop may be more appropriate when the repair requires:
-
A vehicle lift
-
Alignment equipment
-
Heavy shop equipment
-
Extensive disassembly
-
Major drivetrain work
-
Controlled working conditions
-
Extended repair time
-
