Kool2U was phenomenal! With a busy life style we don’t have time to shut down a vehicle for repair . Luckily I found them on google and gave them a shot . They were super responsive & transparent throughout the whole process!
They scheduled a time that worked best for me, ran several test and went through the whole diagnostic process. Repaired my vehicle and got us back in less than 2 hours, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to find a reliable & trustworthy mechanic who comes to you!

Diagnostics Before Parts Replacement
Our philosophy is straightforward:
Find the problem before replacing the parts.
A trouble code identifies a condition detected by the vehicle's computer.
Additional testing is often required to determine the actual cause.
Our technicians focus on diagnosing the system rather than replacing components based only on a trouble code.

Our Own Professional Technicians
Kool2U employs its own automotive technicians.
We do not operate as an online referral company that simply assigns customer repairs to unrelated third-party mobile mechanics.

Mobile Service Backed by a Full Service Shop
Many diagnostics and repairs are well suited to mobile service.
Other repairs require lifts, specialized equipment or additional shop resources.
Kool2U provides both options.

5 Year/60,000 Mile Warranty
Qualifying Kool2U repairs are backed by our 5 Year / 60,000 Mile Warranty, subject to applicable warranty terms.
